This was our first visit and we found it very clean and accommodating. Spouse and I stayed overnight Christmas Eve at the hotel. Also a little disappointed that there weren't better food choices since it was Xmas eve and Xmas day so we. Would haave been fun to have Santa or elves giving free slot play or money off coupons for food or gift shop or coffee, etc. We were a bit disappointed that there weren't more giveaways or fun contests for christmas eve. There was a cup-style coffee maker that also offered tea. The bathroom was stocked with hair dryer, soaps, hair care needs, and plenty of towels. I sleep with earplugs since husband snores but he said he heard the a/c kicking off and on, and people in the halls during the night. We commented that we felt that the pool was just down the hall when it was 3 floors down, but the beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets.
The hotel room was clean but had a strong chlorine smell. The cigarette smell was evident as soon as we approached the front doors to the hotel check-in and got stronger as we wound around to the casino but they make an effort to keep the a/c circulating, ashtrays emptied, and scented air freshners puffing that helped a lot but didn't eliminate completely.
